Cancelation Policy
By signing up for our Wine Club, you agree to the following
- I verify that I am at least 21 years of age.
- I understand that the Wine Club Benefits are available to myself, and my guests, when the Wine Club member (as listed on your sign-up form) is present. A Wine Club member may not transfer, assign, or request these benefits to any other person
- I understand that in signing I am committing to retain a Family First Member or a Tap to Table Member for a minimum of 2 shipments or 4 quarterly charges (12 months).
- Early cancellations will result in a fee of $150 on the credit card saved on your account above will be charged.
- All cancellations must be given in writing
- In the event of damage to my merchandise in transit, I am responsible for filing claims directly with the shipper.
- Listed Benefits of all Wine Clubs:
- All Wine Club members, and their guests when the Wine Club Member is present, receive 20% off all wine and merchandise to go
- All Wine Club members, and their guests when the Wine Club Member is present, receive 10% off food and beverage consumed on-site
- All Wine Club members receive one complimentary tasting, and up to three additional complimentary tastings for guests of the Wine Club member per visit to Kivelstadt Cellars
- Other Wine Club benefits may be available depending on which Club you sign up for
- Kivelstadt Cellars reserves the right to change the benefits of our Wine Clubs at any time and to change these terms and conditions upon written notice to our Wine Club Members
